The business

Services and proposals
Stoa builds websites, portfolio and prequalification pages, and AI-assisted business systems for luxury residential and commercial construction firms. It also offers a digital and operations assessment. A conversation or assessment does not itself create a client engagement. A project begins under a written agreement and proposal with a fixed quote for the agreed scope.
Payment
Pricing is set per project and quoted in writing. Invoices are issued through Stripe. [[PAYMENT_TERMS]]
Ownership and client materials
The client owns the finished site and their data, as described in the project agreement. Clients are responsible for providing materials they have the right to use, including project photography, descriptions and any business information supplied for publication. Specific rights to work in progress and third-party tools should be addressed in the written agreement.

Liability
